Earlier this week, I was listening to "All Things Considered" on NPR, and they were interviewing people that live in a beach community (I don't know where because I was late turning it on). The basis for the story was that living in a seaside community is less stressful. Generally, people enjoy life more, don't worry about as much and live less complicated lives. I'm not sure that is true, but I liked a quote from one of the folks they interviewed, "Breathe more, think less."
I really like this philosophy, and wish I could incorporate it into my every day thinking. You know me, I stress about everything, and think everything to death. I'm starting a yoga class next week, and I'm hoping that helps me relax. For now, I'll just feed this theory into my brain.
In the spirit of thinking stress free thoughts, I'm posting a stress free photo of beautiful Ella. Enjoy, and remember to breathe.
